In 2006, Legacy Financial Partners “LFP”- a division of The Legacy Company-a Commercial Mortgage Advisory Firm-was formed to focus on arranging debt for multifamily properties. LFP has established an enviable track record executing construction, refinance and acquisition financing. From this, LPMG and LCG were born.
